I have the nukeproof tyre inserts in my levo I swopped a tyre out today butcher over to assegia and was all sorted in 5 mins . If your trying to get the tyre off just try to push the insert up a little to allow the bead to pop over the rim and also this needs doing to re fit a tyre. Being 96kg...
