Levo Gen 3 Dropper post sticks

I've heard that it's better then the Fox. It has a lever to remove any air in the system easily. On other posts it would require a teardown. It works quite well!

Levo Gen 3 Dropper post sticks

Just to close out this story, I removed the X-Fusion Maniac and closely followed the service procedure and cleaned and lubed everything. It still hung up, almost like it was bent. What a POS. Luckily I found a Bike Yoke Revive Max 3.0 on Marketplace for $100. Wow, what a difference! It just...

Levo Gen 3 Help! Battery error codes

I charged my 2022 Turbo Levo last night for a ride today, and when I tried to head out I got error codes and it turns right back off again. One of them looked like the TCU battery was low, so I changed that, but no luck. I hooked the battery up to the charger and it charged for about 30 seconds...

Levo Gen 3 How do you remove the chainring ?

My riding friend has a Gen3 just like mine and changed his out. I asked him if he had to remove the spider and he said he didn't, but he wasn't sure if I could... I thought that was a little condescending, and there's no way he's better at this than me, or that I would ever admit that. So it was...

Levo Gen 3 How do you remove the chainring ?

I would try taking it off without doing all that. If it's the stock 34t ring, it will come off. I'm no master mechanic and I did it. Just think of it as a puzzle

Levo Gen 3 Sticking Manic Dropper?

I finally fixed the dropper post! I tore it apart, cleaned and lubed it all up. No change, so I bought a Bike Yoke Revive 3.0 on Marketplace for $100. Problem solved!

Levo Gen 3 Sram code silver stealth brakes

I have the code brakes that came on my levo gen 3 and they work fine, but Bike Closet has a screaming deal on the code silver stealth brakes, which would give me the adjustable engagement. There's no way I'm paying $600 for mavens, but I can get these for less than $200. Any real downside?

Levo Gen 3 Dropper post sticks

Has anyone here just changed the inside cable? I was thinking that might be easier than trying to push the cable housing in. How does one go about crimping and end on that? Excuse my ignorance 🙄

Levo Gen 3 Dropper post sticks

Interesting is one word for it! Imagine my surprise when I tried to change my water bottle cage and discovered the threads were missing when I went to put it back on.

I did try that to the point my seat would move around, but no change.

Levo Gen 3 Dropper post sticks

Yes, I have never had the dropper post out. I did have to fight with my bottle cage bolts recently, but I had tried to get the cable to move before that with no luck. The dropper canister is working perfectly as far as I can tell. It snaps up quickly when it's not stuck.

That was my first thought also, but how to get the cable free?

Levo Gen 3 How do you remove the chainring ?

I used a Sram T-type 36 tooth chainring. I tried a Praxis chainring, but it requires different bolts that weren't included.

Levo Gen 3 Dropper post sticks

It is a Levo gen3, but I"m confused. I'm just about positive that the dropper post cable runs under the bottle cage. I got pretty familiar with it when I mistakenly removed both bolts for the bottle cage and found out that the plastic guide that it sits in is what the bottle cage bolts to. Oops...

Levo Gen 3 How do you remove the chainring ?

No, I didn't use any special tools. Just a slim 10mm wrench for the nuts on the backside. Take your pedal off, remove the bolts and try a few different positions until you get it right. My riding partner told me hid did it on his bike, which is the same bike I have. That's all I needed to know...
