I rode mine in both settings. I do like high setting more not so much for fewer pedal strikes, but because I feel better balanced. Try it, you may like it as well

I sent email to YT (USA) with explanation of the problem. YT responded promptly with a question to confirm the type of the problem and asked me to fill out warranty form. After a day or two the warranty was approved and I was told that a new battery...
Yeah, I also believe it is the battery that is the problem. I'm waiting for YT to respond. The good thing is that I can drive up to their dealer with the bike if needed.
Have the same issue again. This time nothing seems to work. Display stays stuck in logo. Everything cleaned, dried, reassembled few times. Annoying. Time to get in touch with YT

Just out of curiosity, have you serviced lowers on Fox 36 and check if there is not exesive amount of grease in the negative air chamber as often mentioned on web?

on the steep terrain it will be noticeable and will spin the wheel if it does not have enough traction, just make sure small enough cog is selected and don't push too hard on the bar
