The chain is seated properly. It doesn't fit if I try to move it by one link (because then narrow links get on top of wide teeth). I think my 3rd cog might be defective... It's hard to get a good photo of this, but it looks to me that the offset between these two teeth is just too big. It seems...

Well, I'm also having a lot of problems with gear 3 and I can't get it to work properly. When all other gears work fine, gear 3 will be very jerky and will constantly jump between gears. Gear 3 is only kinda happy with micro-adjust set to 1, but even then it starts skipping under heavy load on...

The original Levo chainring is supposed to have a 52 mm chainline? And the new SRAM Brose chainring is 55 mm? Well, if I compare them on a flat surface the difference between them is 6 mm, not 3 mm... :poop: So, the Brose chainring will probably give a 57-58 mm chainline on the Levo.

I’ve installed the Brose kit on my Turbo Levo (including the direct mount chainring with the incorrect offset) and can’t really get it to work perfectly. Gear 3 is the most problematic one, it keeps jumping to other gears under higher load and I can’t micro-tune it to work well. And gear 9 seems...

Yeah, half of the bolts on my Rail 9.9 were loose when I brought it home. And the chainring is getting loose all the time.

Sure, but the case you're reffering to was not a Trek bike. People already tried that on their Rails (#63, #88) and it didn't make a difference.

According to a rep from Trek, they stopped pushing this update when they realized there's a problem. So the number of us lucky ones who got the update should be limited.
