Hi have a Bosch xx performance with fsa cranks it’s a moustache trail 10 The collor holding crank spider is loose and i have a tool to tighten it up but for the life of me can’t find a way to remove the crank The crank pullers I have dont work as it’s a hollow bb maybe I need a different crank...

Hi just arrived on holiday to do some mtb with my lad. And have a no battery error. I just took the battery out to charge it a bit as it was at 75% not getting the attached no battery sign It’s a Bosch cx gen4 on a moustache trail 10 Any ideas on how to reset/fix it.

i will add to the list for a bosch range extender, i do hope you can sort one. my 2p on range (generalizing here no actual proper figures) , gen4 625 emtb mode vs a yamamha pwx-2 600 trail mode both derestricted, the Yamaha beats the bosch for range hands down. im fact just did dalby red 22.5...

i have just noticed the medium mustache reach is shorter than the allmtn, this might be an issue.
