Well, since the Orbea Wild has won pretty much all tests in 2023 and even in 2024, you cannot go wrong.
Still, it depends on your terrain and riding style.
I wouldn’t say that a Fox36 160mm is flimpsy. Should be adequate foe most normal weight riders. I an running 160f/155r (mm) on my Rise. Quite a good setup.
The rubbing is only visible under full load. I used two ratchet straps to compress the spring during testing. The white paper piece was stuck.
It may differ depending on the spring rate, since the springs are getting thicker when higher rating.
I would recommend to be careful 😊
I can’t find any discussion about sizing of the Wild. I am 173cm/5 feet 8 inches, which puts me comfortably in the middle of Medium. I parking lot tested a medium H30 the other day, and it felt a bit short. I have a Medium Rise which I really like (160/160 29 f/r with a 50mm stem). The Rise is...
Would you mind sharing your shock adjustment settings? I am similar weight and I am just about to get the same setup installed. First time I test a coil on the rise.
Unfortunately, the Rise doesn’t have UDH, so it is not compatible with SRAM Transmission.

@Crazee horse talks about the two shocks and I assume front and back, even though fork would be a better term. I just politely answered what I thought was his question without pointing out the possible lack of knowledge (opposed to you??)
