I want a new rear wheel, but what spokes ?

I want a new rear wheel for my Levo.
I ride hard, so I prefer something stronger. I want to use DT FR 541 27.5" (572 might be an overkill), brass nipples (i'll have to retension some spokes once per 1-2 months probably)
but what spokes would be the best ? 1.8mm or 2mm ?
in theory 2mm are stronger, but 1.8mm stretches a bit more, so more spokes work at the same time? (during a hard impact)


EDIT: maybe it could go to General > Components > Wheels, Spokes, Hubs ?

sure, DT FR 541 27.5 + DT Comp or Sapim Race + DT hub or Hope - make the job

Regardless of what size or type of spoke you choose, 28 spokes front and 32 rear. You will likely need a new hub for the rear. Get a good one .
