New Orbea Rise speculation?

Any intel on a new Rise? Watched several YouTube videos on the new Wild and someone said there are a few more releases coming for 2027 this year. My guess would be TQ with some secret sauce RS tuning with battery options.

I bought the new Wild because the motor tuning intrigues me but the Rise would be a better fit for our terrain (Wild is still in the box so need to get my parts on it and get some miles in).

I got Info of a small uprade with an upgraded Shimano Motor (ep810) for 2027 and a complete new Rise (hopefully with the rumored new TQ) for 2028 models.

The one I saw the specs of was the actual model with an unknown Shimano EP810.

I heard about the complete new one for end of the year too and think it´ll feature a TQ Motor: 60, 80, 120 ... we will see.

80Nm would be great - 60Nm doesn't quite do it and 120Nm isn't necessary on a lighter bike. Got mine dialled back to 70Nm anyway and would do the same. Smaller motor = less weight and all the ali Avinox bikes are ~24kg from what I've seen.

It seems a very strange choice to me to spec a new forthcoming Shimano motor on the current platform only to move on completely with a new bike and motor a few months later.

Had the same thought … but thats what heard (no mention of the motor of the new one)

I spoke to a local Orbea importer (Finland) a few weeks ago and he said the new Rise is coming this fall with a new Shimano motor.
