Dolomites...?

Since this board is Euro-centric, I figured you guys would be the ones to ask. We plan on going to Val Gardena next Summer and I'm trying to figure out how long we should plan on staying. We have a diverse group of riders and will all do the Sellaronda but I may be the only one looking to ride the lifts to do some enduro type trails while the others may stick to XC. Most of the wives will be hiking and I'm guessing there are days trips we should probably take to other areas.

I looked for more information as well and struggled. There's a lady that does a very tame ebike tour with her spouse and they just ride around rented ebikes and eat at the refugios. That seems to be the plan in that area. I think with an ebike it goes much faster than regular. I'm not sure on the number of days. Also, I grew up in Prescott when there wasn't much and was really happy to see Beans Peak when I went back recently. I haven't been since the upper portion opened, but I hear it's great.
