Hi I know it's not the best hub but it's what came with the bike (it's only 3 week old) I'm just wondering is they any way to fix little play in a rear wheel it's a fh-tc500-ms-b l've seen online the hubs do have Freeplay Issues etc some companies do a warranty on them as it's a known issue
I've emailed the place I got the bike from to see what they come up with but just thought I would try my look on here

Just because something is inexpensive does not mean that your must accept faulty goods. You do not.

What is the bike, where are you based, and how did you purchase the bike?

3 weeks old is a warranty issue. If the supplier mucks you around threaten to return the bike. If that does not get an immediate result then call their bluff by returning the bike and get your money back.

Then shop elsewhere.
