I can read everything on my display except the power level (Eco, Trail or Boost) Everything is in white except the power level. I am partially color blind so maybe that is part of the problem.

Being partially color blind could present a problem. Unfortunately, I don't know if the font colors can be changed. Eco is blue, Trail is a "forest green", Turbo is orange and Auto is a "lime green". Do you have trouble with all of them or only some?

If you think your colour blindness may be an issue, have you tried a piece of coloured acetate or similar? Hold it over the display & see if the readability improves for you. Or try (if you own some) different tint colours on specs.
If an overlay improves it, you might be able to get some self adhesive overlay to cut to size.
My colour vision is normal & I have no issues with the display.
