2022 sync drive motor problem..

Hi. I have a giant talon e+ 29 emtb.
The motor has started to make a lot of noise (Yamaha sync drive) and I'm unsure what the problem is.
Is there a guide somewhere online that explains how to remove the motor so I can send it away for repair?
