Sadly that is not unusual, a dealer I took my Gen 5 bike to plugged it in and insisted both the HPP and LPP ports were activated, they weren't! It should be a straight forward setting change using the Bosch dealer software and connecting the bike via it's diagnostic usb port, in the end I got mine done online. You can try the Ebike Doctor they are not free but it may anyway be quicker and cheaper than your dealer (assuming they figure out how to do it).

how did you get it done online? I have been tried a couple of bosch dealers around Munich and they would only take bikes they have sold

Theres currently a weird configuration issue with bosch's software, it will says things are active when they arnt, This is similar to active power modes available.

Rabe and similar I would guess? 🙄The e-bike doctor online service may be your best bet but the link I have does not seem to be working. I'm in the UK this week so maybe someone else here could peovide an up to date contact. If not I'll try again when I'm back in Munich.
