Its almost as though RM completely missed the memo, whilst every bike manufacturer is making more svelte motor area and thinner downtubes. Rocky Mountain spits out that

More than one company out there releasing a new bike that IMO I don't think anyone will buy. The only way would be if they undercut everyone. Which I am waiting for that to happen still.

I don't think RM will be undercutting many people when they were on the verge of bankruptcy previously

That is quite something… You’d think they’d just jump on the Avinox bandwagon if they wanted a chance at survival at this point.

Well IMO RM can develop a whole new bike, but In this crazy market costs are everything, I actually did not expect anything new from RM this year, I had hopes for a bluetooth controller to link to your phone.
A forbidden or Teewing with the Avinox motor is 17k Canadian, a Forbidden Dreadnought is very hard to find.

RM is Canadian made, same as the Dyname motor.

Strange the Canada site for Teewing says the Flux One A is $9295 and the Pro is $12,595? The turbo force is even cheaper

Props to RM for sticking to their motor, it's a powerful motor but I can't say I'm a huge fan of how it delivers power through the cog above the chainring or how it feels to ride. I guess I'll be curious to see some reviews come in, but when I demo'd a previous gen RM Powerplay, I returned it almost immediately because I disliked it that much.

At the time, I couldn’t find a link to a Canadian price, it just showed in pounds and I did the conversion.
That said a low end altitude is 6400can which is about the same price that I paid for my Altitude in 2023

Yes have 2000km on it. It a Blizzard powerplay. Not the new one but same motor.

They just had to preserve RM geo / kinematics, add an avinox / mahle / maxon, and grab the money.

But they decided to follow the Spesh way of self sabotaging ... Doh !

A Slayer with the Avinox, or even TQ60 would be so sick. There's a reason the Propain avinox here in the US is selling like crazy.
