Hello!, I've built a E10 with a M560 a while back (build thread is somewhere on this forum)

After having ridden it 2 days ago it suddenly wouldn't turn on anymore yesterday, I measured the battery, It's full. I checked all the wiring and it's all connected.

I'd suspect it's either the buttons, the display (C245) or the motor itself (i hope not), I don't have access to any parts to replace to see whats fauly. Considering ordering a cheap display to see if it turns on that way but before ordering anything I'd like to measure if there's any voltage going to the display on the can bus, Or if there's anything i can measure from the buttons.

Does anyone happen to have a pin out for the can bus wiring?

M500/600/510/560 wiring with pinout can be found in the shared files in the KiCAD schematic of this motor controller

Thank you!, I'll have a look through the thread after work:)

Couldn't find the pin out in the files over there, Did come across this page -> How to build the display

It has a schematic

UPDATE :
As i pulled the connector loose, I found some moisture and rust in the connector, Cleaned it up and bike powers on again.

You need to download KICAD program and open the project file. Then you need to open the schematic editor. The wiring with pinout is on the schematic sheet and should look similar to this

Thank you!, Updated the post above though, Moisture in the cable going from the motor to the display (at the display side) Works again after cleaning!

Hello,
I am riding the Vitus E-Mythique with the M510. On my first ride through water, my motor did the same thing; shutting down, being on but not applying power, getting error codes...

It turned out to be water is the connectors on the motor. My background in the electrical industry told me that I needed to use dielectric grease on the connectors. So, I cleaned everything with electrical contact cleaner and applied the dielectric grease around the connectors before assembly. Every time I need to remove a connector, I clean and reapply. I have not had any problems since

As an HD auto elec, I do the same with my bikes. A good quality electrical grease is worth its weight in gold on any equipment subject to harsh conditions.

Ive used it on underground drilling gear that is literally so bad the chassis is rusting away, but it keeps the electrical connectors in good working condition.

Ive used few different brands over the years and to be honest i think they all work the same. And if not, any is better than none.
I currently have some tubes of :
Dow Corning Compound 4 (I think they have now rebranded to Dupont : Molykote 4) and some PLP Alvania ALV300. And i have used other brands previously but the name/brand escapes me.
