Levo Gen 4 Levo EVO Rumor Thread – Longer Travel Levo Coming?

Still no updates or sneaky info on the evo ??? I’m waiting patiently on this bike. I’m convinced it exists
I think Specialized are likely timing it around some component embargos. The new Fox 38 and RS Zeb are both yet to be unveiled. I assume at least one of the Levo Evo build will have one or the other up front.

Personally I’m hoping for a build with the RS Zeb. The 3.2 Boxxer dropped last week, so hopefully the 3.2 Zeb isn’t far away.

A new linkage is essential to achieve this. It must be 100% compatible with the current frame.

It is ... In SA the market is to small and stock holding to expensive to have an additional tier. So here they will just be selling the Link... when you oder your gen4 you can choose what travel settings you want....

I agree with you, and will add that I assume the VP of Marketing scheduled some time for the Levo R to basque in the limelight before the Evo captures everyone’s attention.

I've heard rumors from a source that the Specialized Levo Evo is coming, even as soon as May. This would follow the route that Specialized is going, they seem to be less focused on the Enduro and more on the Stumpjumper Evo, and then phasing out the Kenevo for a Levo Evo. This would be a bigger travel Levo, potentially with something like a 170mm fork, which would be my absolute ideal bike. Has anybody heard anything about this?

Fox 38 is out and the new Zeb 3.2 dropped today. Any info on the Levo Evo ???
I’m patiently waiting on this bike and it might not even exist

I would imagine a couple of weeks to give time for the Avinox news to subside.

These are the expected weights for the Levo EVO…. It should look a lot like this!

When the Levo launched last year, I think that the EMBN video did allude to something like this. I can't remember the exact wording, but it was something along the lines of "for those of you wondering about a replacement for the Kenovo, this can take a 180mm fork and there may be some news worth looking out for."

Of course asking in shops have denied all knowledge since then.

I mean, I don't see why they would change it. They've probably got a lot of front traingles, motors and batteries to shift ASAP.
When I see the Levo R has a unique frame it’s easy for me to be surprised if the Levo Evo ends up sharing the same frames as the Levo 4 carbon and alloy.

Strange leak by Specialized, but people on here were right looks like they were waiting for the new suspension stuff before they do their usual Tuesday release.

That Levo Evo Comp Alloy build will most likely be 60 lbs, crazy.

Nah. Published weight won’t even be 55 lbs.

The new YT Decoy with the Avinox has claimed weight of 56lbs in a size small. I’d imagine the Levo Evo will weigh more than that

Unless they are selling it with the 600wh battery as standard.

I don’t think the mythical 600wh battery exists outside of the few that Spesh has to “show off” how light you can theoretically get the bike. My local Spesh dealer was saying its a supply chain issues with the cells or something along those lines and Spesh has no ETA when they’ll actually be available for purchase.
