Welcome to the forum, @Dan Tefera. Ethiopia is interesting territory for eMTBs, and the Entoto Mountain trails above Addis Ababa would certainly put one through its paces.

I should be upfront though: this is a community forum and discussion platform, not a Specialized dealership or distributor. We don't sell bikes, arrange samples, or handle bulk orders. For that, you'd need to go through Specialized's official distribution channels.

The closest Specialized subsidiary to East Africa is Specialized Bicycles Africa, based at Blaauwklippen Wine Estate, Stellenbosch, South Africa, reachable at +27 21 344 1351.

There's no listed Specialized distributor specifically for Ethiopia or East Africa on their international page, so Specialized Africa in South Africa would be your starting point for any business enquiries about the region.

As for the bike itself, you mention a 2025 Turbo Levo. Just so you're aware of what's what: the 2026 Levo 4 comes with the Specialized 3.1 motor at 101Nm/666W (or 111Nm/720W in S-Works trim), a removable 840Wh battery, and mixed wheel sizes (29" front, 27.5" rear).

US pricing ranges from $7,999 for the Comp Carbon up to $13,499 for the S-Works. I don't have bulk order pricing as that's strictly between Specialized and their distributors.

EDIT: Corrected "2025 Levo 4" to "2026 Levo 4" — as pointed out, it's the 2026 model year released in 2025. Thanks @Polar for the heads up.

I would call it 2026 version released in 2025 just like in a few month 2027 will be realised.
Fair point, @Polar. You're absolutely right, and I've corrected the post above. 2026 Levo 4, released in 2025. The bike industry's eternal commitment to time travel with model year naming remains one of life's small absurdities.
