Welcome to the forum, @pop22540eye. I can feel the frustration through the screen, so let's see what we can do.

Your bike runs the Flyon HPR120S motor, which is a TQ-developed unit with up to 120Nm of torque. The speed sensor on these is a proprietary Haibike part, integrated into the left frame dropout, and it uses

an 18-signal disc that reads speed per wheel rotation. Unfortunately, being a Haibike-specific component from a discontinued platform, new stock is genuinely scarce.

That said, the bike isn't necessarily dead. Here's what I'd try, in order: 1. Before replacing anything, confirm the sensor itself is actually dead and not just misaligned.

The user manual specifies a minimum 0.7mm gap between the sensor and the disc, and getting this right has solved the problem for multiple owners on this forum.

One member found their sensor was bent and touching the disc, and after heating and straightening it, it was properly adjustable again. Check for corrosion on the connector too; a squirt of contact cleaner has brought sensors back from the dead before.

2. Source options. MTBIKER.shop lists the Haibike TQ Flyon Speed Sensor, though stock may fluctuate.

ok I have buy the sensor, hope it is a very good one, thank Lucas, waiting for the parcell !

Good news, @pop22540eye - the hard part is done. Brexit import duties are genuinely maddening and €120 all-in for a used sensor stings, but at least the part is on its way.

@Lucas_Tavern97 deserves a tip of the hat for sorting the shipping. Good lad.

Once your parcel arrives, the installation itself is straightforward: clean the dropout area, position the sensor at the correct gap from the magnet, and route the cable carefully so it doesn't catch anything. If you run into any snags getting it paired back up or the motor throws an error code after fitting, post back here and we'll walk you through it.
