Warning: You cannot assemble a bike without modifying the chain ring holder and the fat bike crank set!
All you do is at your own risk!
To contact Dengfu use Dengfu contact page
If you want to buy, first you need to buy cranks from Aliexpress lot link
Without cranks, it can't be assembled and it's hard to produce them yourself.

Why?

Long ago, when I took my first ride on a fatbike, I couldn't understand why I needed to install a Bluto fork instead of a carbon rigid fork. "Fat tires are plush," "In winter, there are no trails," I heard everywhere, but it was only half true. When riding on trails with hard terrain, you need not only plushness, you also need control and normal damping. Therefore, I installed a sus-fork. As time went by, different seasons and different bikes came and went, and I realized that full suspension fat would be much better. I bought an Ican SN04 frame. It was great to be able to handle and pedal a fat bike like a regular 29-inch full suspension bike.
So I think I need n+1 bike...
I found the Dengfu website with an E56 frame and that was the beginning. I read, looked, and imagined what bike could be built from this frame. The main downside was the heavy weight (over 30 kg), the M620 motor, with its weight and illegal power output for my location, and the big heavy battery.

Buying:
Just connect Mia from Dengfu to buy an E10 front triangle (M510 motor mount) and an E23 rear triangle (fatbike 26" 4.8 tire fit).
Mia said "there could be problems with the cranks and the front chainring".
Problems didn't bother me and the order was placed.

Assembly:
After some time, I received a parcel with a frame in the configuration as I asked for, fully assembled (E10 29" was also fully assembled), and I only checked the torque with a dynamo-meter.
I think it's boring to tell how to assemble E10 using regular bike components. I used things that were already brought, and, in my opinion, 10 speeds are enough. Don't forget that I use it in mud and snow. Only note that the extra cheap front fork from AliExpress named Bucklos was quite good, with 140 mm travel, an air spring leg with a piston and some oil, and a non-service damping leg like a car tailgate shock absorber. I rode on it and it worked, if the damper fails in the future, I already know how to install a FOX CTD cartridge in the leg (installed  ). I know that Bluto is more preferable, but it's only 120 mm, and for the last 6 years, I have uncountable serviced the damper until I produced a custom piston tube guide at the end of the damping leg.

Cranks:
So, when you install a motor, you may notice that regular Bafang cranksets do not fit. The easy solution was to go to AliExpress and buy special fatbike cranks for the M510 motor. The price was low.

If Q-factor is a concern, you should not ride a fatbike. Q-Factor with a 26" x 4.8 tire cannot be small, but your boots are not small either in winter. The length of 152mm - I think it is not comfortable, but I tried cranks on a 29" bike and they were great. You cannot power like on a 170mm, but you have a motor; however, any terrain, including stones, is easier to ride with more clearance. After only one ride, you will not notice its length. (I made 152mm cranks for a regular 29", by cutting standard Bafang cranks, and I am now riding them.)

Chainring:
The main problem was installing the chainring. You should look at the photos to see how I made this extension. To make it, you need to find a person with a lathe machine who can produce it for you.
I made a 13mm extension so that the chainline would be centered on my 10-speed cassette. You can make it smaller, but it will only work if you do an experimental fitting first.
For the front chainring, I brought a cheap 104BC 34T aluminum one - it was Alu, but it took me 1 day to get it. Maybe later I'll buy a black metal one, but for now, it doesn't matter to me.
The 38T steel chain from the motor kit cannot be installed, even with an upgraded extension - it's just too large and touches the lower frame link.
A 32T chain can be installed, but the chain may touch the lower frame links.

ALL DONE:
The result is that I have a fully functional and reliable E-fatbike on 26" 4.8 tires that is comfortable to ride and easy to maintain.

Nice, and a very neat solution to the chainring issue, not much spare room for the rear tyre though 😕

yes, if you look Dengfu E23 spec - max tire 26" 4.0, but it fit near-max 4.8 size with space for biking in mud weather :D

some updates:
= coil rear shock : cheap but on 450lbs give me great bike plush feeling
= steel front chainring 34T, alu broke on my fault
= Wheeltop EDS YQ 1.0 wireless shifting, still testing on wet and snow - no problem yet
= 48v to 9v converter inside frame with more than 3A for front light
= heating grips (but 9v too small, need 12v)
main weak is Bucklos 140mm fat fork, but for it price I shouldn't want more, need some modernization but still work

Really nice build!, Did you measure the weight? I'm interested in building something similar
Thank you!
with air rear shock it was near 25-26kg
when I ride weight not matter until you get climb on foot at snow unrideable trail
on flat I can easy get 20 km\h on my power without motor
I want to say - it feel like normal suspension bike.

That is very cool buddy.I would never have the mechanical ability or expertise(or patience) to make this happen.Great looking rig though.May I ask what is the rear suspension travel? Im looking at a DENGFU full fat carbon bike thats for sale here in Australia on FB market lace for a very good price(guy cant sell it as fat bikes are extremely niche in australia,no bike shops sell them anymore prettyy much).IM just wondering about the strength of these carbon frames as with the torque and extra work via the bigger heavier tires how well the rear swing arm will hold up? I have a non electric Lenz Fatillac that is dual suspension that i love, and I live at a place where there are many sand dunes and very sandy single track. So fat tires are very helppful here. By the way,If you want to do that bike justice,ut a Manitou mastodon fork on it.Will completely transform it into a do it all weapon!I have had Mastododn forks for the last 8 years and they are a game changer for fat bikes!

Thank you for your kind words.
Dengfu e10 specify 150 rear travel, but I think it is not more than 140 with 210x55 rear shock, I never measured it myself. I always leave some space for safety frame travel (I mean in full travel condition the crossbar of the links should not reach the seat tube).
This winter season have not any frame issues, I don't jump, just cross-country riding, but I thing it strong enough. Jump big thing on any fatbike frame is dangerous, only my opinion).
Front fork, I agree, may be Manitou will work better, but I have Bluto on my F-sus analog fatbike and it give more road details in arms, that I don't like. I put Wren oil damper assy inside this China fork, lube with ATF in air leg, ... and it work not as bad as it price
Major problem that I face this winter - is water inside motor, I cheap repair it with 2 bearing replace and torque sensor clean, but seal on drive side is very thin and all water want to destroy motor... for now I order some other not-bafang-factory seals and will reassembly it.

Good to know. I ride my Fatillac the same as I would my enduro bike. Jumps ,downhill trails etc. 130mm rear 140mm front( I've had the fork set at 150mm with the spacers taken out) and it handles everything my old 160mm trek slash could. The big volume tires give about 20mm suspension anyway!😄The bike I am looking at has a bafang 560 motor and is from a company called area 13 but its clearly a DENGFU made frame just rebranded. I'm just worried I'll snap it as I did my old alloy frame that I had before the Fatillac.

Epic jump 👍
M560 motor, as I read, noisy, but no nylon gear and more power than m510
If you don't buy you don't know will it broke or not ;)
I think if price is good it is not bad idea, you get all components and if some problems with frame you can contact Dengfu and ask for buy only 1 triangle, not full frame (not sure, but I think it's real).
