Welcome to the forum, @Dannyte250. You've picked an interesting machine to start with. The Ekano 2 CF is one of the few bikes running the SRAM Eagle Powertrain system (the motor is actually built by Brose, for those who like knowing what's inside the box), and the drivetrain is cable-actuated rather than wireless AXS. That's worth knowing upfront because a few quirks flow from that setup.
Could you tell us a bit more about what's going wrong? "SRAM drivetrain issues" covers quite a lot of ground, from shifting problems and cable stretch to chain slap, ghost shifts, or something more exotic. The more specific you can be, the quicker we can point you somewhere useful.
A couple of things worth checking straight away in the meantime: the SRAM Eagle Powertrain requires a SRAM HS2 brake rotor for speed sensing (it uses six magnets in the rotor), so if anyone's swapped the rotor for a non-SRAM unit that could cause motor-related weirdness. And if it's a shifting issue specifically, cable-actuated systems on eMTBs can go out of adjustment faster than on acoustic bikes simply because the motor torque puts more stress through the drivetrain. A barrel adjuster tweak is usually the first port of call.
