Sorry bro, but that's where you're wrong.
There is quite some talk about new cells for new Amflow battery packs.
I can inform you there are commercially available(since dec25) new high capacity cells that are only slightly heavier and a bit shorter than the ones currently used by Amflow - The 5,5Ah LG M58T cells(273Wh/kg), 73g.
Molicel and FEB produce the new cells.
Molicel has two P60B and P60C new 6Ah cells(288Wh/kg), 75g especially made for the use in e-mobililty applications.
The P60B cell is 0,1mm thiner and 0,6mm shorter than the LG so the housing can stay the same.
The weight difference between them is only 2g. The 800Wh pack has 40 cells. That equals to a 80g difference if a new pack would be built with these cells.
Then there is the Molicel M65A.
It's a 6,5Ah cell(322Wh/kg) with 74,5g even a bit lighter than the other two. It's 0,2mm thicker and 0,5mm shorter.
So again the housing stays basically the same and a whole pack gains only 60g.
Conclusion:
650Wh or 700Wh of the same size and cca 60g weight gain of the current 600Wh is possible.
Also an 860Wh or 930Wh of the same size and cca 80g weight gain of the current 800Wh is possible.
Hope this helps
