If you are talking about USB-C Power Delivery (PD), then charging works both ways - might be helpful to charge your phone or power a bike light (e.g. Gloworm). Are you talking only USB-C or something supplemental to proprietary charging? I know Rivian TM-B ebike only natively support USB-C PD, but I'm not aware of others. And while 250W seems plentiful, at least twice that is needed for true fast charging (e.g. 508W Avinox fast charger).

Not at the expense of other things, but if the plug can be there, and allow 2 way, I don't see the downside.
Not ideal, but in a pinch you could get 'some' charge from USBc if you forgot your charger or it broke, likewise, if you are stranded and your phone has died, being able to charge from the bike would be good.

Not going to replace a proper plug in fast charger but a nice to have.
