It's charging in my living room (1st and last time that will happen

depending on how much you weigh (I'm 98kg) a new larger rotor on the front is a good idea
I've gone to 223 front 203 rear (be sure to check max rated size for your fork)
2mm thick is a good idea too...
it can be done on the cheap, and is well worth it, for a bit more control over the extra momentum.
They’re pretty good, I’ve tried the trick stuff ones and many others, I currently use disco brakes ceramic on the front and sintered on the back. Very cheap especially in bulk work well and there’s no buyers remorse like once the expensive ones have worn down a little and are basically not great anymore. I’d prioritise the larger disc from my experience. I’ve got Galfer discs and galfer spacers, but I expect much cheaper one eg Tektro would be just as goodGood shout. Was also thinking about some Galfer Purple pads.
The bike still hasn't left the house as we've still got heavy rain and high wind. I don't mind getting muddy on a ride but I have my limits!
