Seeing a lot of posts on social of people having issues after updating to the newest app release, v1.3.26. Mine seemed to work but many others are now locked out and the app is asking for a 15 digit code (it's not the pairing QR)?

Also got a motor update notification for ver. 00.14.0103, has anyone updated to this version, any issues?

I took a chance and ran the motor update, seemed to work okay. Not sure why some people are having the app lock them out after the app update though? I'm in the US with the bike VPN'd to HK at setup

@Amflow_Support can you please advise.

I'm in the US, registered to the US. After app update and opening the app it asks to scan/manually enter a barcode as if one should show after powering up of the bike, but no such thing. I went to the "pair phone" option of the main menu but that barcode comes up as invalid, I get "make sure barcode on battery lock key is scanned". Does that mean accessing my battery, there's a barcode there?

Bike works fine, app and bike pair but I can't access the app.

I also have this issue. Big downside of having no way to control battery % max on bike itself, can't access the app and battery is stuck at 70% max, and I have a big ride soon. :(

Same issue. I've uninstalled/re-installed the app, but it didnt' fix the issue. :(

Those who're getting locked out, are you using legit bikes or Alibaba ones? Just curious....

Everything seems to be working fine now. Woke up and all is good. Not sure what that was about...

If it started working out of the blue it has to be something server side? My guess is DJI has some sort of data base that the app checks in with? That is obviously very concerning that a "glitch" like that can possibly limit the use of the bike.

I tried re-pairing mine which didn't seem necessary with an app update. The pairing fixed the connection and initiated motor firmware update. All good!

Happy New Year

Not this first time a company has released an app update that didn't work properly but yeah, we're a slave to all this tech. Can happen to anyone.

Im having similiar issues....Bike not syncing with App....I believe i'm on latest updates and one day it will connect the next it won't...VPN NZ but VPN on or Off Location services on or Off doesn't change anything. Bike and App just don't wont to SYNC. Not sure what the issue is.
P.S got my first flat yesterday and of course i was unprepared...luckily i wasn't to far from home but it wasn't fun doing the walk of shame...as kids ride by pulling wheelies past me. Just a pin hole leak but enough to go flat pretty quickly...There was a lot of weird debris inside the wheel casing guessing it was production gunk that may of caused the puncture.
