Levo Gen 4 Levo Gen 4 Charging Issue?

I’m trying to determine if I have an issue with my Gen 4 Levo.

When I plug it in to charge, the mastermind screen comes on and shows the charging status. After a few seconds or maybe a minute, the screen turns off and the only way to turn it back on is to unplug the charger and turn on the bike.

Is this normal? Does everybody else’s Levo Gen 4 do the same?

Nope, that’s not normal. Usually the screen stays on for the entire charging process and shows the remaining time until the battery is fully charged.

I’d recommend checking the connectors between the charger and the charging port—clean them if necessary and make sure they’re properly plugged in. The seals are quite stiff, so there can be some resistance when inserting the connector into the port. Same goes to the Battery and the nest.

If this doesn’t solve the issue, get in contact with your LBS.

Yes I am having issues like yours:
My Gen 4 SW charger has stopped charging to the 80% setting.
I also cannot get the app to charge to 80% either.
I am visiting my LBS to get help next.

My Sworks charger did the same thing. I just stopped charging. My LBS replaced it under warranty

I've noticed my Levo 4 (Expert) doesn't like to connect to the app and charger at the same time. I usually disconnect the charger when i want to adjust 80% setting.

My 80% setting on charger works now - I was told not to use the 80% setting on the app. (the app should know not to display that option for SW bikes)
