STunlocker not connected ??

I can not connect my Shimano EP801 with the Stu app ? I only see a white screen like added picture on my iPhone. Did all the trouble shooting from STunlocker but no result.... anybody idee ??

Go into the shimano etune app and set all assist and everything else to a stock number. ST and Etube are not friends and need a common place to start to "play" from. I hope that works.
