I thought I'd try experimenting with Google Earth Studio to create a little intro to one of my recent rides at Porridgepot - army training land known to them as G2.
I don't know if any of you have played with Google Earth Studio but it seems pretty decent. I never did anything fancy with it but I think it could be quite powerful. I just pulled the resulting aerial video into DaVinci Resolve and did a little edit of it plus pulled in my ride.
Looks interesting. My problem would be the into being better than the ride video 🤔

I have been posting shorts on YouTube as I can’t be bothered trying to edit outside my phone these days 😆

Some DJI neo 2 footage, that drone is next level:
Absolutely excellent in all respects. Beautiful scenery and terrain, nice riding, wonderful tracking by the DJI Neo and perfectly matched backing music. Btw, who was the lady singing? and did you have to get a licence to include that track?

Cheers! Yes all you need is a scenic backdrop and the video comes out pretty nice with minimal setup and no editing skills!

So the music might be a bit controversial, but I use a website called producer.ai to generate a song with a particular style and theme. Drone footage doesn't have any audio, and yes real songs will get flagged and the video potentially removed despite getting 50views...

Interesting about the producer.ai website. I had a look at it but don't think I have the musical artistry to make my own music even using AI. I looked at some of their library and there looked to be quite a few music tracks that might suit me. However, reading their T&Cs it looks like licences/permissions are still required to use the even for non-commercial use without wanting to monetise. Interesting though. I like the music you created.

Just before the arctic blast hit us, was able to get out on a Monday to some mostly vacant trails at one of my favorite areas to ride closer to home....

So much rain lately the Moors is like a slop fest, this ride is a good all weather ride… it’s mainly an XC loop but can be ridden in any weather conditions.
