Hello all, the iWoc on my 2019 Altitude C90 just started flashing an alternating red/green pattern when I turn it on. I was charging it for about an hour and unplugged it to ride down the street.

1) I took off the motor cover and reconnected all the cables, even the one at the handlebar.

2) It will change modes when arrowing up or down but then flashes and the motor does not turn on.

3) I can connect the bike to my app and it does not show any error codes.

Anything anyone can think of to check. The nearest RM is about 40 miles away and I'll need to call them to make sure they're set up for a 2019.

It sounds like you may have had some water intrusion on your bike. Either at the charging port or the iwoc itself. It’s a gamble but what I’ve done is remove the cover on non-drive side and added some dialectic grease to all the connections. Be sure the bike is completely dried out before doing any thing, and check again.

It was actually a broken torque arm sensor. It took ages for RM to get them in stock. Put the kit together and still had the same yellow and red flashing lights. In a FB group post I found out the magnet needs to be installed with the red line facing out. Took the arm off and saw that I had mine flipped. Once I corrected that and reinstalled, all was good (y). We had a break in the rain so I was able to take it around the block and she runs good as new.
