I have bosch performance cx 4gen smart system powered ebike. But unfortunately I don't have access to authorized service. Is it possible to activate lights distantly?

Not sure what you mean by distantly. Lights can be permanently connected into the Bosch system and on the handlebar mounted remote then holding the "up" button pressed in turns the lights on. Repeating the process turns them off. Holding the same button in "down" puts the bike in walk mode by the way. I don't think you can turn them on while sat in your house while the bike is in your shed or why that would be wanted.😀

The answer is no, the light outputs have to be activated (and configured for the light wattage) through the controller via USB to the service software.

Most LBSs have the Bosch software these days. Though in the OP's part of the world, maybe it's been embargoed.

I have that issue too. In the end I bought a Tailfin top tube bag (flip type) and connected two small(ish) 6V lithium batteries in series to run a Giant Recon E HL 600 headlight which is only just bright enough for road riding. (I'd definitely go for higher lumens for off-road riding)

The answer is YES. I,ve done this to my client via online USB hub (FlexiHUB).

On a similar note would it be possible for you to activate (PowerMore Ready) I have a 2023 Smart System Haibike that is fully able (hardware wise and confirmed by Haibike) to use a PowerMore range extender but to date I have not been able to find a LBS that have the skills, knowledge and incentive to do it for me.

the answer is yes but only some shops will do it and u need a computer, some will put us firmware on to...

can you share somewhere some of them?

I think I might be able to help.
If you have a solution like flexihub or net-usb, I will be able to connect to the USB of your bike remotely and do the changes.
Also VPN should work.

My 2018 fat tire, Bafang drive turns on its light at dusk to let me know when to head back to
the truck. If I cover the display, the light goes on and it is programmable.
If the Asia can do it the euros can too.

It is definetly possible to make changes remotely.
Yesterday I helped @Joecrow to activate the LPP and HPP power ports on his bike.
Through a free and easy to setup VPN and USB share service.
