My friend has a Cube Stereo Hybrid ONE44 HPC TM 800 2025 which has started to develop a kinda creaking carbon noise. It is actually very loud. Did anyone experienced that too?
I suspect it could be the bolts for the engine because if I put the pedal arm pointing up and pull it towards me I can make the noise. But for me it sounds more like it is from the main pivot bearing/link area and if he sits on the bike without touching the pedals and wiggle his body the sounds is also there. Unfortunately I didnt have a torx big enough for the engine bolts Out on the trail.

Without touching the peddles, crank or motor, there is still a number of things to check. (Chasing da creak).
Saddle, dropper, suspension points, pivot bolt, steering, frame linkage bearings, axle, etc. Try re-greasing easy components first. Torque any bolts to the correct settings.

Last thing you want to find is a crack in the frame. 😳

Had a creak but all bearings changed and now good (2022 alloy Trek Rail 4,000 miles). The shock and main pivot bearings were ugly.

I did the same. That main pivot area seems to need a bit more attention. Once all the pressure is off the shock it’s fairly easy to remove and re-grease the pivot bolt. Especially after a wet season.

I've seen some info on the forum, point to the rear sock mounting bolt, the one nearest the seat tube, that is making the 'creaking' noise.
My 2025 177 had this very problem, the bolt came loose very early on after I purchased the bike...I noticed a knock with lifting the backend of the bike? Found the loose bolt, torque it up and it was fine after that. Very recently a creaking' started, I didn't suspect the shock or linkage at first, I was convinced it was the seat tube / dropper post.
I check and lube all the backend, seatpost, carbon grip grease etc etc.
Anyway read that it could be the rear shock Bolt! And it was!
Stripped, cleaned, lube and torqued up = RESULT 😁

Had creaking on my One77, removed all pivot bolts, greased, thread locked and torqued to spec. Still creaking.
Checked motor mounting bolts, main bolt body was greased but the head that fits in the polymer bush wasn’t. Applied a little grease here and creaking stopped and has not come back after 50miles of wet muddy riding.
