Hi all,

After one month the service notification appears and impossible to remove in the app.

I’ve checked the work book and it seems it can only be disconnected before it appears…

If one of you has a solution other than going to a retailer.. it’s a Little annoying thing and disapointed as the service is not an obligation..

This is something new on Levo 4.
Your LBS probably have to remove it on the display but the pop-up you get each time bike is turned on can be muted in the app.

Thanks for your reply , I guess your are right , have to go to lbs so it will stay this way at the moment ..

Had the same thing and the lbs had to connect to remove.

You can ask LBS to switch off this pop-up. like i have

ditto... go to your LBS they can just plug the cable in and the SW can remove the banner. Just like the service reminders in your car.

I'm surprised that any LBS would agree to remove this notification without doing a service on the bike. Try getting a Ducati dealer to do this without a service on your motorcycle.

Fortunately, my 2019 Levo (still going strong) doesn't bribe you into services like this.
