Hi folks just bought the gen 1 range extender for my orbea rise 2022 but I have a query if anyone can help?
I charged the extender to full which in theory is about 252wh's - my own internal battery (540Wh's) was sitting at 50% according to my Garmin watch - so when I attach the extender I would expect to see my battery level on the watch go to about 252wh's (the extender) + the 50% which is my main battery about 270wh's to a total of about 522wh's or about 98% on the watch but it doesn't it goes to 65%?
Is this normal behaviour? Does it need a firmware update? is the watch showing wrong? Is it a faulty battery? or something else? I am confused.
Any Help would be much appreciated.
Many Thanks
