OK, I've noticed that range has dropped, bizarrely when the weather has gotten warmer so I can't blame the cold!

In addition it hovers around 91% when on charge and takes an age now to get to 100% whereas before it charge was fairly rapid start to finish. Bike is now on 700miles.

Is there an issue?! I've not had the software update as I didn't need the functions it brought.

it hasn't been left in a hot car has it?
I left a battery pack in mine and that's how it behaved after being cooked...
other than that has the cable got damaged / replaced - are you using a socket you haven't used before?

It sounds like the balancing part of the charge is taking longer which suggests the battery is on the way out. A trip to your LBS is in order.

If bike is still under warranty then a trip to your Trek LBS is advised.
