Yes dropped torque down to 9nm and plenty of thread lock on that particular bolt,done 80km and it’s not budged yet🙏

Well mines creaking really bad, everything is torqued to spec as well. Apart from the creak the bike is so quiet and it really doesn’t feel like a XL.
 
I’ve greased the top mount but not the bottom, I’ll do the bottom tomorrow and see what happens. I’ve only got muc off grease at mo so dunno if it’s up to the job.
 
Had my first problem today. Bike switched off half way through a ride 😭

Not a clue, was chilling along a fire road in emtb mode and got 2 amber lights then it switched off lol.
 
Gues it could be the bolts on the bottom of the battery, where the bracket sits with its connection. Mine was not properly fastened (two silver bolts) which resulted in play on the connection.
 
I’ve just checked now you mentioned it, dunno the torque value for the bolts but put 5nm on the wrench and it needed a few turns to click. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again. The bike was brilliant today, nice and quiet. I’m 85kg and settled on 83psi on fork and 4 clicks from fast with the 2 spacers removed and it’s feels brilliant to me. Reminds me of my old vitus esommet in the handling.

Loving this bike as I go faster and faster (way faster than my old non-electric bike by the way lol), but I have a strange problem, I need to inspect it more but maybe you will have some hints

You can hear it a bit if you listen carefully, in real life it's a lot more hearable (not thank you to the mud ahah)
It only appears when I'm in a quite high percentage slope, but only when using the higher sprockets (those with the biggest number of teeth). If I use the middle or lower sprockets there is no noise, it only increases with the more teeth I use. This is not logical as this is where I turn the legs the quickest and put the less torque on the system. It may not come from the motor of course, but noise comes from around there for sure
 
Don’t think it’s motor noise, think it’s just drivetrain noise because you’re in such a high gear. Think mine does the same when it’s in the top gear.

But it's like it's cracking and is going to explode (I may be exaggerating a bit ahah), never had a noise like that before

I cannot hear anything because of the other sounds. Try recording the sound on a street that climbs up, holding your phone near the bottom bracket.

YT do a 600ml that takes up the same space as the 400ml, it is just fatter.

Good to hear that. But what is even better if you would open up the Bosch system to integrate with other components. My Garmin feels so alone now ;)

Seriously, pretty please bring it up to someone at Bosch!

and... @Hugal come on, the new frame display (Kiox 400C) is basically just a Kiox 300 integrated with the system controller.

You could have done better... ANT+ connectivity as already mentioned, an integrated GPS receiver independent from the smartphone, an internal connect module... the list of possibilities was long, so why did you just merge two existing devices :rolleyes:?
