Many is guessing specification, price and when G4 will be available but the only truth is that S-Works and maybe Pro is coming first so the rest of us without gold card have to wait until the summer

(probably top end breaks from seam aswell) l
Hold on before you buy Whyte they releasing new models in few days EMTB announced it yesterday They were out riding these new Whyte bikes in PortugalEw Trek.
I really want a slash plus tbf, but not for £11,000.
They can FRO with that pricing. So can Spesh actually.
Whyte would get my money if they didn't use the Clevis linkage, personal preference having spent the last 6 years on one. I dont think I'll have another Levo because of it.
Vala at 170/160 would be the next choice.

Gen4?I'll probably try make my gen4 levo last a few more years before spending on a new ebike.
It’s not that light. Per Amflow’s site it’s at least 44lbs, and that’s only with a Fox 36, EXO/EXO+ tires, and a total weight limit of only 275 lbs where most e-bikes are rated for 300+. That’s part of the reason they could reduce frame weight leading to some reviewers mentioning the lack of stiffness. If Amflow can build a 42.33 lb ebike with an 800wh battery it is very possible.
thank you for crashing page 67 with the forbidden term...It’s not that light. Rumour has it that even the Specialized sales guys say it will be expensive...
And if they state it, we can fasten the seatbelts...
I think you can check on the website for the model if there is a shop still having one available in Germany. Did you try that?Yesterday I went to my dealer and asked about available G3 carbon models in S4. Only COMP is still available for Germany. But I don't like the spec, I would simply have to convert too much. SWORKS is offered for 8.5k (but only in S2, S3... coming from 15K??) which makes it interesting for me as I expect 12k for the G4 PRO Modell... (talking in €€€€)...
As far as I know, PRO and SWORKS have only been available as 2024 models so far. I assume that the two will come as G4 2025 models and COMP, Expert and possibly alloy models will follow as 2026 models in fall.
Just spoke to the Specialized Rep 840 Kw battery with motor almost double the efficiency of current Levo so similar watts battery with alloy more range
new bike will come with fast charger 0-75% 40minutes
Don't worry, the orange buffoon in the current US administration is hard at work making this a reality for europeans too. Apparently it's "better" if we all just buy manufactured goods from our own region.with the import duties the price of a Specialized Gen 3 Turbo Levo LTD is 15 200 dollars , and probably the new Gen 4 will be a very similar price , unfortunately it’s the price we pay in South Africa for these and other bikes TREK , etc etc etc so you guys are still lucky at the price points you getting
Amflow is not competitor to Specialized. Amflow is chinese bike, Specialized is premium. Closest competitors are Santa Cruz, Pivot, maybe Orbea also. Specialized is not probably using Brose batteries but do their own. Hard to imagine the bulk 800wh Brose battery in Specialized frame.I noticed that too, but. it. can't. be right... batteries are. around 200wh/kg, so having a difference of only 200g doesn't make any sense.
Anyway, still surprised the new brose motor is still claiming the numbers they already claimed at their first announcement 2 years back, feels like they should have upgraded the motor during all that delay. I am hoping. though specialised has somehow tweaked both he motor and the battery if that's what they are using, just from motor and battery. they would be 0.4(motor) +0.3(800 wh battery) = 700g heavier than DJI/amflow ( I don't even care much about peak power etc.). I mean I know they might still create a better bike, but it definitely feels underwhelming for Specialized to eventually make a new bike released nearly a year later than their rivals and be nearly 1kg heavier(the frame should be heavier, considering how Flexi Amflow seems to be) and underpowered(as I. said I personally don't find it that important... but even. marketing wise it definitely affects possible buyers).... we will see I guess..!
Ibis is getting pretty good reviews.EMBN mentions some big news due out around 3/7? We can only speculate that it involves Specialized. Meanwhile, the new Ibis OSO carbon is listed at 6K us. That could help set the market for 2025 hopefully.
I saw that. In this video Don and Steve acknowledge this is about Whyte, not Specialized.EMBN mentions some big news due out around 3/7? We can only speculate that it involves Specialized. Meanwhile, the new Ibis OSO carbon is listed at 6K us. That could help set the market for 2025 hopefully.
It just means Ibis has a lot of components and obligations to a brand like Bosch and needs to move X amount of bikes in order to maintain them.I would conclude that if Ibis can sell its bike for $6,000, it just means that all the others who sell us bikes for more than $10,000 are taking the piss with their overly exaggerated prices !![]()

I think it is relevant that Specialized has purchased some dealers, ended relationships with others, and have an strong on-line presence in the form of Incycle. It just means Ibis has a lot of components and obligations to a brand like Bosch and needs to move X amount of bikes in order to maintain them.
Ask Ibis distributors if they are getting the OSO and if they can make any profit on them.
Main reason for high prices is the bike industry's structure. You have the brand, than distributor, than dealer .All of them need some margin to make things work.
If you knew the actual cost of bikes to brands and margins they have you would be surprised that it even works.
This is the new full fat Whyte I believeI saw that. In this video Don and Steve acknowledge this is about Whyte, not Specialized.

Maybe, but it seems odd that Whyte would put out such a mysterious "advertisement" for a product that was already in view. This is the new full fat Whyte I believe

100%!Amflow is not competitor to Specialized.
Hello! You forgot Trek, both of their lines are designed to complete with each other. Levo vs rail+, Kenevo sl vs slash+, Levo sl vs exc+. You want to know what the new Levo is designed to complete with? Look at the rail+.Amflow is not competitor to Specialized. Amflow is chinese bike, Specialized is premium. If the Potus gives Lai Ching-te (President of Taiwan) the same support as he did Volodomyr Selensky today, Specialized would have problems with its supply chain. He does not have to wage an economic war against Europe for thisDon't worry, the orange buffoon in the current US administration is hard at work making this a reality for europeans too.
