There's also a pump track/jump park at Van Road near Caerphilly. That's ace and has 3 different tracks of varying levels right up to crazy.

This was my boys first time on DJ.

Here's something I put together after a short getaway earlier this month. The riding itself is pretty tame but I really enjoy the scenery at this location, which provided a good backdrop for the photography. The bike cam is a (very old) Contour HD that I've had for years, the stills are mostly from my Google Pixel 8 phone, and the drone footage is with a DJI Mini 4 Pro that I'm learning to use. I edited it using Videoproc Vlogger.

Not sure if this is appropriate in this thread as non-emtb... A XC race - "Gorrick Brass Monkeys Winter Series 1" over at Porridgepot in Deepcut. Went over to support our son who was racing but tried to capture a varied selection of riders.
The weather was pretty filthy with lots of heavy rain (problem keeping lens clear of spots) and riding conditions varied from quite decent to horribly boggy.
GoPro 8 - 4K/30, Superview, Hypersmooth, BitRate High, Shutter Auto, EV Comp 0, ISO 100 - 800, Sharpness High..... Edited in Shotcut

I used to race this series! Great tracks.

Yes, the Gorrick races are pretty good and well organised. I ride Porridgepot quite regularly but it isn't open to the public for a lot of the time due to army training. Yesterday was particularly wet and boggy and I never ventured down to the "pots" by the canal which, apparently was a quagmire.

@Cleggy I always enjoy your little bit extra with the editing and timings etc. I really should put more effort in.

Thank you, it does add extra edit time but my riding ability is not the best so have to do something to enhance the videos a little
Well i need a little bit of effort there too lol. My daughter is doing film studies at GCSE and is going to drag me along for editing lessons lol.

Cracking day today, Highlight 🫣
