Levo Gen 3 System Event - Battery connector

I keep getting this error on my Levo:

The battery connector may be rattling, dirty, not properly engaged or seated.

If you have powerful lights installed on the bike, they may be drawing too much current. Check the light and its visible part of the cable for any obvious damage.

Alternatively the motor may have detected a short circuit in the light connector or the bike was started incorrectlv.

I have cleaned the battery terminals but It keeps happening. Any Ideas?

Do you have the old or the new (hinged) version of the battery door?

I have the original (old type) battery door that came on the bike.

Ah, ok.
I had the same problem with the new hinged version, with die old type i had no issues.
