For Sale! Specialized Turbo Levo SL 1.1 FRAME ONLY! I bought it as a complete bike in February 2020 - it was the Expert model. Over the first 3 months, I upgraded EVERY part on the bike to make it how I wanted it. During this time, I was selling off all the original parts. A few weeks ago, I bought the new Levo SL frame only, and have transferred over all my parts. The bike was Invisiframed from new, so apart from 1 stone chip (pictured - beside motor), its in excellent condition. I took the Invisiframe coating off yesterday before taking the photos as it had some damage on the top tube and chain stays from my bike rack and car rack. Underneath is perfect though. It quite a striking raw carbon finish, trapped under the clear coat. I’ve done a couple of thousand miles on the bike since new, however the motor was replaced at the end of 2022, and due to various injuries has only done 411 miles. It was replaced due to it sounding a bit louder than normal, but no actual fault. The frame comes with an upgraded 32T Wolftooth front chain ring, and a Hope seat collar. The original headset bearings will be shipped with it too… and although they are functional, they could do with being replaced. I’ve been running a Chris King dropset 5 for the last couple of years, so the originals have just been sitting in a bag. The stock Fox Float DPS Elite has hardly seen any mileage, as it was replaced with a Rockshox Super Deluxe soon after purchase. The controller is zip tied to the frame, ready to be put on a new set of bars. The battery is still at 100% health, and has been well looked after. The frame comes with 170mm cranks fitted… which have a little bit of battle damage from rock strikes. The frame comes with all original documentation, Specialized ‘pouch’ and charger. A great project for someone that has an old bike and wants to upgrade to an electric bike at a fraction of the cost of a new one. This bike was £8500 new (fully built!), and the frame only I just purchased was £5750. The seat post in photos / videos isn’t included in the sale - it’s just there to hold the frame! Frame can be seen in person / collected in Aberdeen, and can be shipped within the UK as I still have the box and the packaging that my new frame came in. I did a 2 min walk round and put it on YouTube as videos show it better than pictures!

After 2 weeks on eBay, it sold for full price! I had a lot of offers of £1500-1800, but was looking for a little bit more…

I think one of my first offers was one of them! They asked if I could ditch and deal directly with them, and they'd arrange the shipping for much cheapness.

It's going to Norfolk, and the money is in my bank already... I just hope I can get a courier that'll take a 1.3m long box with a lithium battery in it!!

Me too! There was an £1800 offer the other day that I was tempted by, and he said if I didn't get what I wanted, the offer would still be there. I was going to give it another couple of weeks, and then take that if there was nothing better.

Yep... but got to be careful with that. DHL just return items if they have batteries - happens at my work on a regular basis!!
Hopefully FedEx will be fine. I have the box the new frame came in, so I've packed it all up and will throw a few of those "Instapak" (expanding foam bags) in to keep it secure.

I sent an E-bike frame with the battery in it via DHL for a warranty return.

They accepted it as the battery was ‘in the device’ and I’d double boxed it and stuck the required Lipo battery warning labels on the outside.

That was within the U.K., so worth asking them?
