Any of you cool Trek dudes can point me towards the hanger for this bike? A friend of mine has mangled his & I'm going to replace it. I've only got the details per the title so far, assuming it's a Shimano drive train but won't know until the bike gets here. Thanks people.

Don’t know if this will help.

I keep a few spares. For my Rail and Powerfly 4 2020. Just in case. The hangers seem to be the same for the Rail or Powerfly. Both had Sram derailers when I got them.

The same hanger was used for the Sram or Shimano derailer. I now have an AXS GX derailer on the Rail, same hanger.
Cheers
Another Cool Trek Dude 👍🏻😉

Do your mate a favour and remove the reflector and that nasty plastic cassette guard thingy when you fit his new derailleur 👊🏽
Be careful when removing the wheel reflector a dork ring. It could be as risky as removing the tag on a mattress.…unless you’re a rebel. 😳
You’ve been warned!

Ain't no one going near the dork disc, it's his bike, I'm just the mechanic. Parts ordered, one hanger, couldn't save the cages, so both of those & a new cable. Stands the guy at £35 all in & my time for free which is cool as I enjoy fixing bikes & he's one of the crew, so it's all good in the hood.

Anyhoo, all done from that ^^ to this via the spannerz. Mech rebuilt with new
cages, new angle bracket, hanger, chain, cable and while I was in there, new lower headset, new pads & fixed a creak the dealer couldn't find - classic dry seatpost - so couldn't be bothered with more likely.

Quick q for Powerfly drivers. I noticed on the test ride that under motion, if I stop pedaling, the chainring keeps rotating, as if driven by the rear wheel. My Focus doesn't do this though both have the same motor. all I get is a second or so of over run. Is this normal for this bike?

I have no chainring overrun at all on either the Rail or Powerfly. (Gen4 CX motors. Both in the stand and under power (eMTB mode). Not even a little.

I wonder if the rear hub could be causing that?

Project 321 hub on the Rail.
Spanks hub on the Powerfly.

Thanks, I'll mention it when I give the bike back tomorrow, it struck me as a fault too & I've noted it does it in the stand with the motor off, so it points at the hub.
