Does anybody know the trunnions sizing for the stock alltrail 4 rear shock?

You can easily find out if you have a look at the damper itself. There is a serial number on it. Copy the serial number and paste it into the rockshox trailhead app (or webpage).

does this work with sun tour? As obviously I want to find out that size to find the rockshox equivalent?
