The best of both worlds!

Introducing the new Focus Jam2 SL.

A nimble and light ebike that feels and rides like a normal bike, but with the power of an ebike.

Utilising the Fazua Ride 60, a compact and light motor that delivers 60Nm of torque and 430Wh, with an optional range extender if needed adding a further 210Wh. AND super quiet, keeping everything about the ride feeling natural.

All models with 160mm/150mm suspension and full 29” wheel set up, with the SL 8.8 weighing 19.69kg and SL 8.7 20.19kg.

This really is the perfect emtb enduro/trail bike that is fun, agile and stable.

This bike looks quite interesting to me. Has anyone tried both a Shimano E8000 and this Fazua ride 60 motor? Just wondering if I'd notice much difference between the 70Nm Shimano and the 60Nm Fazua. I currently have the 1st generation Sam2 so I would be moving to a lighter bike as well which I guess would offset the lower powered motor a little. Also I'm on the path to loosing 11kg off ma belly (4kg down 7kg to go) which will probably make even more difference.

Although not the Fazua, I demo'd a Orbea Rise with the 60nm EP8 RS at the weekend, and was surpised how little a difference to my Decoy with 70nm E8000. I could definately live with the 10nm reduction. I suspect the Fazua will be very similar.
