Could anyone do me a favour and take a photo of the right hand side of the motor please?
Just wondering if mine should look like this😀

Is it a trick of the light or are all those Torx fittings marked to fuck?

You’re not kidding, I’ve seen better pictures of Bigfoot! 😂

Thanks Mike, your cover definitely looks to fit better. I’m not sure it’s linked but on the downhill where my bike died I heard a bit of a bang and then noticed that gap where the cover meets the frame. It may have been like before though but I would have thought I might have noticed it as the unpainted bit really stands out against the black paint.

no...a better photo of mine would show that the black cover on mine is a bout 2mm below the square frame edge so there is about that 2mm of white unpainted frame exposed.

My e150s has the same detail around the motor area, whilst it's not that noticeable I don't understand why the white bits aren't painted in the frame colour... 🤔

Well spotted😀 Thankfully the bike is good enough to forget such shoddyness😀

Thought I would start checking just how much range the E160 RSX delivers. I know there are lots of variables.
I have done 150 miles so far so probably only a few battery cycles and I usually only charge to 85%.
Yesterday I started with a fully charged battery and did 25 miles using probably 70% trail plus, 20% EMTB, 10% turbo with 1800 ft climbing and used 40% battery. It was a pretty gentle xc type ride mostly single and dual track and probably about 4 miles of tarmac. Conditions were dry and I was travelling light except for an aquapac waist pack.

Ref the white line: If it really bothers you, get down to Halfords and buy some touch up paint. It doesn't have to be a 100% perfect match, (although you may get lucky!), but even a poor match will be better than white!

I never even noticed it on mine. If I felt a need to do something about it I would remove the cover and apply etch primer then black top coat both with a small soft brush.

Whyte sells the touch up paint but it doesn't really bother me now i know that's how they all are.

......plus another 12 miles today most in emtb and I have 35% battery left. Without having to economise I reckon the total range is 40 miles.....up to 50 with more use of tour plus rather than emtb.

Haven’t rode as much as I’d like but managed 22 miles, about 2800 feet with 52% left.
I’m wondering how the last couple of bars last, on my 625 Trek it takes ages to use the first 2 bars then drops quicker, the 750 seems to drop the first bar quick but not experienced a long enough ride to check the last couple yet.

Extra charge port protection for winter.....ps it covers the "white spot" as well...as if that matters:D
