E8000 chainring spider removal issue

my ebike has been making a creaking noise when I pedal hard on first few rotations then seems to stop. I thought I'd take the chainring spider of and give everything a clean and check the motor bolts are correctly torqued but when I took the lockring off the chainring spider doesn't want to budge. It's like it's seized on.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions as to how to get it off?

it's only attached by a spline. It won'tr be seized. just tight
A few light hammer taps with a drift against the spider will free it.

I'll give it ago, I did give it quite a pull but thought I'd better check I hadn't missed anything efore getting the hammer out. Thankyou

Yea I got the lock ring of them the chainring spider should just pull of but it's on there nice and tight
