Coil spring rates Sam2

I have a Sam2 6.8 with Super Deluxe Air shock. Looking into getting a coil. Lets start a topic about what springs are people running for their weight.

I've got one on order, bike shop recommended a 600# for my lardy 104Kg. Keen to see how it goes if it gets out of customs.

I think the Fox online spring rate calculator is supposed to be fairly close. My bike turned up with a leaking fork and had to be sent off for warrant so I'm on a loan XL bike with a 500lb spring, definitely too soft for me.

I have a large frame and it came with the 450 I’m 92kg and was blowin thru it regularly put a sls500 on it and it’s perfect both with sag and end support
