Please help Problem on my DI2 system

Hi guys, any here Have same problem like me. Been out for a hour ride, everything going fine on half way,just the DI2 to start not working. change gear on the Display, but the rear Derailer not going up & down, but I still can’t hear a noise from the inside motor? Any one can help.also are they have two years warranty?

I’d be looking at the cable from the derailleur. Ur switch is working ur screen is working. Either derailleur or di2 cable

Derailier is not on warrenty. Wear and tear. Have a brand new Di2 set ( all that decoy would need) for sale if you are interested. Check it out on the for sale section.

I've had two di2 derailleurs go out and YT replaced both. More than likely
it's the spring that broke which is known to Shimano and covered under
warranty for 2 years.
