Ok fully charged my bike but not used it now day after it needs charging as it lost 1 bar . Is this normal ??

2019 mondraker e crafty RR had it 2 weeks

Wouldn't have thought it would loose 1 bar overnight, I guess it automatically turns off after a predetermined time?
Might be best to talk to the bike shop especially after 2 weeks

When I was injured I left my Shimano fully charged for 5 days and went back and it was exactly the same. Mines new too and to be honest for the price of the battery's I wouldn't expect any difference unless they were maybe 18+ months old.

I would be taking it back under warranty, shouldn't be like that after 1 day, there's a drain on the system somewhere

When on the bike what does the handlebar display say the battery range is - i.e same as lights on battery?
