Small riders

Hey, what do your small girlfriends and wives full suspension e-bikes do they ride.
My wife is 5'1 with an inseam of 28.25. her current mountain bike is a pivot Mach 4 XX small.
Having trouble finding something as nice as the pivot that is that small and is a full suspension eBike.
She needs full suspension cuz she's had two spinal fusion surgeries.

My wife is 1.58 (5'2?) We tested a lot of e-bikes and settled on a Whyte E-160 RS size small. They allegedly make an xs too but it never became available.
If she doesn't ride anything too steep the Liv bikes are nice too, but the seatpost insertion is limited therefore you'll have troubles getting enough dropper travel.
