Currently 2100 miles and the bike (powerfly 9.7) pis at the dealer to check the motor too. How long did you wait for a new motor?

My lbs open a inquiry with Bosch for a motor replacement.

The symptoms are:
- Squeaking noice
- Back pedaling is very tough when cold
- Pedals back kicking once in a while
- Error 500 once and it took a while to disappear.
- The battery range is lower too

Anyway wait for the replacement.

2100 miles??? Are US miles shorted than UK miles? I never got into 4 figures with any of my Gen2 motors; 950 was the best, 300 the worst!

Yep those are imperial miles.

In Nevada we do not have any moisture, water or mud. This is May be why it last so long.
Anyway your statement is scary about the reliability.
