Has anyone gotten the "lottery" case that holds the cables, power supply and books for a 2020 Levo or Kenovo? Can you send me a picture of it?

We bought 2 bikes each came with charger box and manuals and extra things we bought like cleats ,rock shox stickers cushcore bits, they box is handy for travel to keep leads etc tidy.

They are hand we have 2 levos so we can put 2 chargers and ieads in the 1 box for travel keeps leads etc tidy and safe

Not true.. Every 2020 Levo we have pulled out of a box came with the zipper padded box.. The 2019s came with the cardboard boxs. No "lottery" about it.. There is always the potential that the shop mixed up which "goodie" bag came with your bike as the actual contents are the same between 2020 and 2019 aside from the box.
 
No my shop definitely did not get them in our bikes. I should note that my buddy and I got the first 2020s in our region and quite possibly they were shipped before they became available. When I hit up Specialized I got the lottery story.

Well the 8 2020 Levos we have on our floor all came with them.. So we are 100% on out lottery..

I'm guessing they didn't have them in the first batch shipped... all in all I'm glad I got my bike in early September and got to ride it for three months before the weather changed... ;)

Ours were all just preseason bikes.. So it's entirely possible that we didn't get in the first shipment of bikes. I bought my 2019 comp on the EP deal in October and can't complain too much other then the fact the 700w batteries have been on backorder since my bike showed up..

wait, so your bike is in but no battery? well at least you got the cool case! LOL
 
Good to know - picking up a 2020 Levo 29 Xl Blue in a couple days and will ask for the box if not provided.
 
I got it with the Kenevo 2020, my dealer said that not all the levos where coming with one , but till now all the kenevos come with it ... so probably is just a matter of time production of the bike .
