2020 Trek Rail??

Like ultradiscostu, I rode a FS 5 with the Gen2 motor, and I couldn't feel the drag above 15mph either.
Better motor, larger battery, apparenty good geo. I think I'll wait too.
 
Seems lots of places released them earlier this month then took them down, all on the 8th for some reason but then most of them came down.

I did find a full geo chart on ( here at the bottom ), looks basically the same as the slash but with a motor! Hopefully my local store will have one for demo.

Pretty sure Australian, no idea what it will cost elsewhere though. Normally Australia have pretty competitive prices compared to the rest of the world.
 
If the importer/distributor give us the equivalent it might be 7,200$ canadian. Our transportation is more distance so like you mentioned it is an approximation.
 
From the link I posted yesterday these are the expected costs :

  • Trek Rail 5 – £3,900
  • Trek Rail 7 – £4,800
  • Trek Rail 9.7 £5,500
  • Trek Rail 9.8 – £6,250
  • Trek Rail 9.9 – £10,500

Been testing this badboy for the last three weeks and it is bang on!!
The Trek Rail 9.8 is such a sweet bike to ride. The best bike I've ever ridden.
It's nimple, it's light, it's fast, it jumps and on 29er 2,6"
Can't stop riding this thing?

I will get two in sice L in october, one for my son at 17 and one for my self?
and one in sice M in november for the youngster at 14.
All three black/red 9.8?
 
I heard from a reputable source that a slash type eeb with 29" wheels, gen 4 and 430 cs . Nice price point for base model as well. I guess thatd be 170 rear travel? I think slash is 170 , not positive

Chainstay 44,7 mm.
Rear travel 150 mm.
Front travel 160 mm.

Ya nice looking bikes and decent prices but my numbers didnt look like they match when i looked at the pics. Maybe theyll have another model besides the rail/fingers crossed, but it seems like thatd be wishful thinking
 
Nothing more gnar I'm afraid. The Powerfly lives on as the bargain basement option.

Wow wow wow!! Nice!!! ?? Just waiting for my company to to approve Green Commute Initiative now so I can buy one !! Being annoying slow.

Hm, I just checked the international site and they're not there. But you're right, they're out on the DK, NO, UK, etc sites.

This has been a strange embargo :-o
 
Trek retails (at least some) do have 2020 catalog, price info etc for somo weks...;):censored:
I had have a sneak peek! ;) :censored:
Supose they need to place their orders for 2020 in advanced so they need to know details.
